Reproducible : If Defect Is Occurred Every Time Or If You Are Able To See A Defect Every Time Then It is
 called Reproducible Defect. If a Defect Is Reproducible , Specify The Steps To Produce The Defect Which Helps 
Developer For Analyzing And Fixing Defect.
                                    If A Defect Is Not Reproducible The Capture The Screen Shot Of the Defect And Send 
To Developer.

Defect Severity : The Impact Of The Defect Or How Serious The Defect is in The System Is Called Defect Severity .

A Defect Which is Non Conformance To Requirement.

Show Stopper Defects  : A Defect Which Will Not Permit Us To Continue The Test .
Note : Defect Severity Will Be Assigned By Tester .

Defect Priority : the Order In Which The Defect has To be Fixed Called Defect Priority.

P0
Very High
P1
High

Low

Note : Defect Priority Will Be Assigned By Development dept
( Generally Project Lead will assign Defect Priority ) 

Note : In Generally Defect Severity And Priority Propositional To Each Other. In Some Situations Low Severity
 Defect Takes High Priority And High Severity Defect Takes Low Priority.
 
Ex For Low Severity Defect Takes High Priority :
In Correct Logo Or In Correct Company Title.

Ex For High Severity Defect Takes Low Priority :
A Serious Defect In Future Release Module.

Defect Status : It Indicates the Current Status Of The Defect in Defect Life Cycle .

Defect Age : The Time Interval Between Date Of Detection And Date Of Closure In Other Words How Long A
 Defect Is Exist In Bug Life Cycle Is Called Defect Age .
